About Me.
I used to envy those who knew what they wanted to do when they grew up. I was one of those people who had no idea. Veterinary medicine called, but I quickly realized that was not for me. Culinary arts tempted me until I realized my true passion was in human connection.
With a B.A. in Policy Studies and Political Science, I developed a foundation in analyzing systems, and understanding issues from a bigger lens - this unexpectedly prepared me for the work of People and Culture.
HR became a wonderful intersection of strengths: my natural curiosity about people, analytical approaches to organizational systems, communication expertise and legal knowledge. This unique combo allows me to excel as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer.
I intentionally stepped away from full-time in house roles in favor of fractional (part-time) consulting, allowing me to deliver focused, high impact solutions where they’re needed the most!
I partner with values forward, fast-growing companies to help them build a solid people foundation. After all, if you don’t have a good foundation, nothing stands strong.
