I'm a Fractional HR Pro who helps empathic leaders in growing small businesses (10-40 employees) create solid HR foundations before things go wrong.
After spending almost 10 years doing HR in the vfx industry (ex Sony Imageworks, Digital Domain), I pivoted three years ago to work with small businesses.
As a serial entrepreneur, I understand the founders journey, having founded a SaaS startup of my own a decade ago.
I've also had to figure out a lot as I went, and I understand the struggle and pressure you face as a leader growing a business.
Now, I help other leaders create structure around the people side of a growing business, the part that usually gets built after something breaks; I'm the stop-gap before you're ready to hire full-time.
